Deer Run West Clubhouse
Upstairs Rental:
The lodge (clubhouse) has a furnished great room with a fireplace, a wonderful covered porch overlooking the pool, two additional rooms, bathroom, and a full kitchen. Extra tables and chairs are available. The rental fee for the Upstairs rooms is $125 (includes a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $65) and a $500 security deposit. You must sign a contract and submit your rental fee and security deposit in order to secure your reservation date. Please contact Deer Run HOA at 770.926-3086 to see if the lodge is available for the date of your event. This information is also available on the Events Calendar on the website. The property manager will arrange for you to sign a contract, answer any questions about the rooms and arrange for key pick-up and return.
Downstairs Rental:
The lower clubhouse has access to the pool during pool season (lifeguard required). Chairs and tables are available. The rental fee for the Downstairs room is $45 (includes a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $22) and a $100 security deposit. You must submit your rental fee and security deposit in order to secure your reservation date. Contact the Deer Run HOA at 770 926-3086 to reserve. If you are having a pool party, regardless of size, contact Sweetwater Pool Management Company at www.sweetwaterpools.net to book your party. At that time, additional life guard coverage will be determined. More information is located under Pools on the website.
Lower Level Group Rental Contracts:
You may reserve the Lower Clubhouse for weekly group meetings. The contract dates are September 8 through December 31 for $150 and January 2 through April 30 for $150. These contracts will allow a group to use the facility once per week for a maximum of two hours per meeting/event. Contact Douglas Property Managment for information.
